As Public Relations of ICT ministry reported, Dr. Reza Taghipour with pointing this matter in the martyr Rajayi’s Festival stated: implementing Performance Management System is one the most important matter in management.
Implementing this system causes illustrating the goals and progress routs and also specifies the defined strategies in an organization more, he added.
He asserted that with the help of Performance Management System and evaluating the available indexes, the right and proper way for movements in the future will be identified.
Dr. Reza Taghipour believes that implementing this system results deep and conceptual look to goals of an organization and declared that with making use of this system we can appreciate active and efficient employees and penalize the underactive ones.
He continued that managers of an organization should evaluate the indexes and show their either appropriate or inappropriate performance to them like a mirror which this end with a complex efficiency and fruition increase.
The minister of Communications and Information Technology with cherishing the memorial of Martyr Rajayi stated that: today, after several years passed from his martyrdom, his values are still alive and we will continue his way.
He named Democratic and egalitarian as martyr Rajayi’s features and emphasized that renewing these values is what the 9th and 10th Government prod of.
According to this report, Infrastructure Communications Company was chose as the best in ICT ministry complex in this festival. Also Iran Information Technology organization for developing IT management index, Rules Regulatory Organization for developing electronic government index and Iran Post Company for developing commitments implementing index its in each postal unit, are the other ICT ministry organizations which got appreciated.
ICT ministry headquarter office which has reformed the structures and procedures, governmental company of Post Bank which had reformed manpower system and Communications Research and Learning Institute which has localized some technologies, were the other selected ones.
Fars province Post Head Office, Yazd Post Bank Head Office and Yazd Infrastructure Communications Outlet were elected as the best provincial units.
