It is necessary to fixate on Constitution Act in ICT policy making and zones

It is obligatory to fixate on constitution Act in our ministry’s policy making and identifying strategic routs and from now we are dealing with civil tasks.

As ICT ministry Public Relations reported, Dr. Taghipour in the appreciation and introducing ceremony of Eng. Khaje Pour and Dr. Amidiyan as the ex and new deputy of Civil, Governmental Affairs and Parliament in ICT ministry stated that according to the condition which the ministry experiences, it is necessary to consider the relation between the Government as Executive branch and the Parliament as Legislature more and more.
He asserted that after the privatizations has been made in ICT ministry, an especial condition is dominated in the complex and deeper and more influential collaboration between Executive Part and society’s body is essential.
With considering the privatizing process, the rule axial proceeding should be considered more than the past which save people’s rights, He continued.
The Minister of Communications and Information Technology said: we are expecting form Civil Deputy to have more collaboration and relation with Parliament in the frame annual plans which leads interesting all the capacities of the 5th Development Plan.
He has also appreciated the efforts made by Eng. Khaje Pour and Dr. Arjomand and said that: these two honorable men have played an important roles in expediting for reaching the 5th Development Plans’ goals.
Taghipour with pointing to the new era which ICT ministry confronts declared that Dr. Amidiyan is a famous person for all ICT zone activists and I hope that our relations with Parliament get deeper and more influential by his presence.
