Eng. Hamid Reza Atayi - the head of the Center for Administrative Renovation and Evolution in ICT ministry- told to the news unit of ministry’s Public Relation that: with accomplishing the 44th principle of the Constitution act and in order to implement the governmental, policy making and conducting duties lie with ICT Ministry, organizing and reforming the structure has put in the agenda. He added: this matter has put in the agenda since end of the year 88 and after expertly studies, the comparative chart for 31 provinces has ratified by the Deputy of Management and Human Capital Development and notified to perform. He asserted that based on this comparative chart, ICT head offices will set up in the capital of all 31 provinces.
Hamid Reza Atayi referred to the goals of establishing these offices and declared: in order to concentrate on decision making and avoiding presence distribution of high-rank government representative in the provinces, the offices will set up in capital cities.
He continued that: coordination between all subordinate departments for implementing programs and policies in ICT section are the other goals considered for this project.
The head of the Center for Administrative Renovation and Evolution asserted that: “Information Technology group”, “Supervision office for Radio and Communication Services”, “Supervising and Controlling IT programs” and “Developing and Support Affairs Management” are some of the sub departments considered for head offices to do the jobs.
He with pointing the offices establishing time table said that in the 1st phase the ICT head offices will set up in big provinces and in the next phase in all the other provinces.
