PR of the ministry of ICT- Dr. Ahmad Bozorgian, Head of e-government working group said: "These festivals provide the condition for organizations to offer their abilities for self-examination and find what they have done and what they could do".
He pointed to the number of participants in the festival and said: "According to the statistics, 63 organizations had completed the registration forms and 12 governors provided their provincial portals for judgment".
He pointed to the indicators considered in the committee and said: "14 indicators such as the organization's professional information, updating the portal, providing the forms and making possible to complete them has been defined for this matter".
"It has been considered a point for each of these indicators and the highest was for e-services", he continued.
"Other indicators are including: the services provided in the offices, the possibility for searching the portal's databank, receiving people complaints electronically and using a unique system in the secretariat", Ahmad Bozorgian added.
He pointed to the close competition between the participants and said:" according to the studies, 10 thousand was the maximum score that the provincial portals have got and the minimum was 8 thousand so it shows a close competition".
Head of e-government working group emphasized: "Many organizations could not participate in the festival because of limited registration time but all organizations will have more opportunity to participate in the festival based on their mission next year".
