PR of the Ministry of ICT – Gholam Reza Abroudi, the Minister's representative and secretary of Central Selection Board said:" Now, the central committee consists of three members, including Minister's representatives, the representative of vice- president of Management Development and Human resource and representative of the High- Board and the central selection board in the Ministry, Post and Post bank selection boards as well as many provincial selection centers are working".
"The Selection Center in the Ministry of ICT is trying to behave exactly based on the Parliament Act and on the other hand, strengthen the collection and help the authorities by attracting the competents", he added.
The Secretary of the Central Selection Board of the Ministry of ICT said that human resource's selection from the beginning to the final steps of employment is the legal responsibility of Selection Centers and continued: "According to the executive bylaws of the selection, the annual performance of human resources will be reviewed for contract extension and changing the employment status or following the process to the final stage by this center so if the employee has lost the general conditions and regulations they would prevent to continue his work".
"The protestors to the vote can submit their complaint to the selection center and then to the Central Board at most two month after informing the vote", he emphasized.
He said that employing the liable and capable employees was the Selection's duty and continued:" the training activities should be increased in these centers".Secretary of central selection board of the Ministry of ICT said that some successful training courses have been held in Mashhad and announced: "Then, It has been scheduled to hold some training courses for researchers, reporters and provincial intermediators and they would be held soon".
