PR of the ministry of ICT – Karbasian, Chairman and CEO of Post Co. said:" Accordingly, some committees have been formed and a member of the board has been chosen as the responsible for implementing the project".
"The probable problems for providing the services to the applicants as well as the access to the ideal situation will be reviewed in these committees", he added.
He emphasized:" On the other hand, the noted problems and the solutions will be provided in the board meetings and the needed Acts will be approved for following up and increasing the quality of services ".
Karbasian said that Postal first operator license has been provided by CRA and continued:" increasing the quality of services is a main program of Postal first operator so the quality of services are providing during the era will be increased".
He pointed to the time period between accepting and distributing as a main indicator in this domain and said:" we have decided to re-evaluate the services' providing method and planning to execute this indicator based on the existing standards and by considering the defined time for each service".
CEO of Post Co. continued: "The topics have been considered to increase the quality of services are including: waste in transportation due to writing the address, monitoring the distribution as well as all activities".
"We are trying to provide better services to the applicants in the country's postal network because we believe that this network can have an effective role to implement e-government and reduce the urban and suburban unnecessary trips for the citizens", he emphasized.
