PR of the Ministry of ICT – Mahmoud Khosravi CEO of TIC in the closing ceremony of evaluating the national quality award in TIC said:" we can also plan to turn the weaknesses into strengths through this information by recognizing the opportunities and threats".
"This information can also be considered as an intelligence arm for managers to make decisions in the future", he added.
According to the report, Parviz Alavi, assessor of the seventh time of Iranian national quality award, said at the ceremony that this criterion which has been considered in this model is designed entirely native and continued: "It's focused more on the products and services and deeper on the quality of service".
He pointed to the evaluations made in TIC and emphasized: "It's been seen some instances of self confidence in ICT area in TIC activities at the evaluating process".
"Considering that the growth of ICT industry in the world has been accelerated so the managers and experts' efforts for keeping steps with the world is visible in TIC", he continued.
Parviz Alavi said that TIC is considered as the communication nervous system in the country and asserted:" the evaluations conducted indicate that the company could be a good backup to run e-government in the country".
"Moving toward the quality can be seen clearly in the management area so the five-year development plans and projects defined in this field are some examples ", he emphasized.
