Deputy of Monitoring of CRA announced: Developing a cooperation memorandum for monitoring and controlling IT market

A memorandum has been provided to monitor and control IT services market and will be signed between the agencies involved in this area.

PR of the Ministry of ICT - Hassan Rezvani, Deputy of monitoring and implementing the regulations of CRA said:" A committee titled "Committee for monitoring and controlling ICT services" has been formed with presence of CRA and other organizations and institutions involved in IT market".
The other members of the committee are:" Naja Police, consumer protection organization, Naja public security police, TIC, governmental punishment organization and special court for computer crimes.
He expressed that this committee members have met 15 times so far and emphasized:" The results of discussing and consulting in these meetings include: coordinating between the executive agencies to enhance the effectiveness of monitoring and maintaining the resources of production and consumption".
"Other achievement of this committee is preparation and development the joint cooperation agreement between members to control and monitor the market and supervising the competition in IT sector", Hassan Rezvani pointed.
He emphasized: "The axes of this agreement are including training and information, creating a joint work group to visit and investigate the companies and forming the regional and provincial committees".
Deputy of Monitoring and implementing the regulations of CRA said that all organization's tasks have been specified in this agreement and said: "Other contents of this memorandum include: creating a unit network to receive and investigate the complaints, providing and codifying the investigation process of the complaints in order to avoid confusion as well as responding to people as soon as possible".
